What is Brixy?
Brixy is an association of independent baby shops. Stores work together and with manufacturers to bring the best products, exclusive launches, savings opportunities, and more to you.

 

How will my Brixy.com order be filled?
We find the product at the closest stocking Brixy member store and that store will then connect to confirm your order and provide tracking via email.

 

What is your return policy?
Unopened, unused products may be returned to the return address on the shipping label within 30 days of receiving the product. Items that are open or used may not be returned. Purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs. In-store policies may vary.

 

What if there is a problem with the product I receive?
Please contact the store on the return shipping label. This will be the same store that emails tracking information. They will handle product defects. Items damaged in shipping will need to be claimed through the shipping carrier.

 

Why is furniture exempt from free shipping?
Most furniture has to ship via freight carrier or truck line, and cannot ship via standard methods. There is much more involved in this type of shipping in order to insure safe arrival of the furniture. Furniture shipping charges will be assessed by the store fulfilling the order and billed separately. Shipping charges must be paid before the furniture will ship from the fulfilling store. If you are within the store’s delivery area, they may offer an alternative of white glove delivery. Furniture shipping varies by fulfilling store.

 

What if there isn’t a Brixy shop in my area?
Shopping on Brixy.com will support independent baby shops even when there isn’t one nearby. Every purchase counts and we thank you for purchasing through Brixy shops and Brixy.com, thereby supporting locally owned shops.

 

Why would my order ship directly from a manufacturer?
If there is not a local dealer with the product in stock, items may be fulfilled via the manufacturer on behalf of a local store. An actual shop will still be managing the order and can handle any product quality issues.

 

Why might my order ship from different stores?
Every Brixy shop carries different merchandise. If you have placed an order that includes multiple items, they may be sourced from different stores when necessary. That’s part of the beauty of Brixy.com, you’re essentially able to shop over 200 storefronts from one site.

 

Why might it take 10-14 days to fill the order?
All orders are sourced from our broad network of independent baby specialty stores. While most orders ship sooner, we allow up to 2 weeks. Once an item ships, the filling store will send you tracking information so you can know exactly when to expect your packages.

 

How can I check the status of my order?
To check the status of an order, please email orders@brixy.com with your order number. Either Brixy or the fulfilling store will get back to you with an update.

 

From what materials is the Brixy brand of furniture made?
All Brixy branded furniture is Greenguard Certified to insure the highest air quality for your baby. All pieces are constructed of poplar & birch hardwood solids & veneers.

 

What is a Brixy exclusive?
A Brixy exclusive is a product or fashion that is only available through Brixy member independent baby shops.

 

Do you ship to Canada?
We do not currently support orders to Canada on Brixy.com. However, we do have a number of wonderful Canadian partners that can be found on our Dealer Locator map. We highly recommend visiting your closest store & their website.
