For purposes of this Privacy Policy, "you" and "your" means you as the user of the Services, whether you are a customer, website visitor, or another individual whose information we have collected pursuant to this Privacy Policy.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using and accessing any of the Services, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not use or access any of the Services.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised Privacy Policy on the Site, update the "Last updated" date and take any other steps required by applicable law.
How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
To provide the Services, we collect and have collected over the past 12 months personal information about you from a variety of sources, as set out below. The information that we collect and use varies depending on how you interact with us.
In addition to the specific uses set out below, we may use information we collect about you to communicate with you, provide the Services, comply with any applicable legal obligations, enforce any applicable terms of service, and to protect or defend the Services, our rights, and the rights of our users or others.
What Personal Information We Collect
The types of personal information we obtain about you depends on how you interact with our Site and use our Services. When we use the term "personal information", we are referring to information that identifies, relates to, describes or can be associated with you.

-
Order information including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment confirmation, email address, and phone number.
-

-

-

Information We Collect through Cookies We also automatically collect certain information about your interaction with the Services ("Usage Data"). To do this, we may use cookies, pixels and similar technologies ("Cookies"). Usage Data may include device information, browser information, information about your network connection, your IP address, and other information regarding your interaction with the Services.

We may obtain information about you from third parties, including:
-

Third-Party Integrations
Meta Integration
Brixy's social reporting tool allows member stores to optionally connect their Facebook and Instagram accounts. When a store authorizes this connection, we collect the following data via the Meta API: follower count, post list, reach, impressions, likes, comments, and engagement metrics. This data is used solely to generate weekly performance reports shared with the connected store. We do not sell, share, or use this data for advertising purposes. Stores may revoke access at any time through their Facebook or Instagram account settings under "Apps and Websites."
TikTok Integration
The Brixy app allows member stores to optionally connect their TikTok account. When a store authorizes this connection, Brixy collects the following data via the TikTok API: follower count, video list, view counts, like counts, and comment counts. This data is used solely to generate weekly performance reports shared with the connected store. We do not sell, share, or use this data for advertising purposes. Stores may revoke access at any time through their TikTok account settings under "Manage App Permissions
Content publishing on your behalf. If your store enables post scheduling through the Brixy dashboard, Brixy will — with your authorization — upload and publish content to your connected social accounts (TikTok, and, when available, Instagram and Facebook). For each scheduled post we process: the media file and caption (supplied by Brixy or a brand partner, as edited by you), your chosen publishing time, and — after publishing — the post's identifier and engagement metrics, which we already collect for connected accounts. Scheduled posts are always visible to you in your store portal before publishing, where you may edit or cancel them. We do not read your private messages, follower lists, or any content beyond your store's own posts. You can revoke Brixy's access to a connected account at any time from that platform's app-permissions settings or by contacting us; revocation immediately stops all scheduled publishing to that account.
Sponsored content. Posts published through Brixy as part of a brand-sponsored campaign carry the platform's branded-content or paid-partnership disclosure (or an equivalent disclosure in the caption), as required by platform policy and advertising law. We record which brand was disclosed on each such post. Posts that are not part of a brand-sponsored campaign are ordinary promotional content for your own store and carry no paid-partnership label.
Deleting your data. To request deletion of your store's data — connected-account data, post history, or the entire store record — email info@brixy.com from your store's business email with the subject "Data deletion request." We will confirm and complete deletion within 30 days. If you removed the Brixy app from your Facebook or TikTok settings, the same address handles the follow-up deletion of any data we hold.
Your Rights (California – CCPA)
California residents may request access, deletion, or correction of their personal information and may opt out of sale (note: we do not sell personal data).
